Motapa kam karne ke liye sabse jaruri hai apni jivan shaily mai dhyan dena. Motapa kam karne ke upay bahut se hai jese ki niyamit vyayam, time par khana khana, diet santulit matra mai leni chahiye. Diet mai protein, vitamin ki prachur matra honi chahiye.

Vyayam
Vyayam ko apni dincharya mai shamil kijiye. Jese ki cycling, jogging, sidhi chadhana-utarna, rassi kudna, tahalna, ghumna. Iss prakar ke niyamit vyayam karne se weight loss kiya ja sakta hai.
Shahad
Pratidin subah ek glass thande pani mai 2 chamacch shahad mila lijiye, jisse sharir se vasa ki matra kam hoti hai, sath hi motapa kam hota hai.
Nimbu
Nimbu ka ras gungune pani mai nichod kar piye, isse bhojan acche se pachta hai aur sharir bhi halka lagta hai. Sardiyo mai nimbu ki chai pine se pet mai gas nhi banti.

Subah nashte mai ankurit anaaj lijiye, inse mai fat kam hota hai. Fast food, junk food, kachori, samose, pizza, burger khane se bache aur swasth rahe.
